Camron Cathcart

Camron and his wife Lexi turned a financial challenge into a life-changing opportunity through real estate investing. After facing a large medical bill for their daughter’s emergency, they sold their home in Denver and relocated to St. Louis, where they could enter the real estate market more affordably.

In under five months, Camron grew to making $50k+ per month through investing. Just five years later, he now flips 60-100+ homes a year remotely from Hawaii, where he resides with his wife and children. Camron’s flipping business nets him over $1 million annually "with the exception of 2024 - honestly real estate was not fun last year but it is going to get better." His rental portfolio currently holds 65 single family rentals which is valued at $15 million.

Today, he is dedicated to helping others achieve similar success by teaching the proven strategies that allowed his family to build wealth and independence through real estate.
