Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Investor Program Specialist (IPS)

to join our team. As an IPS, you will be responsible for managing all sales-qualified leads (SQLs) - guiding potential clients through the decision-making process and closing them on Deal Flow’s various investment programs. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless client experience while maximizing conversions.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, sales expertise, and a consultative approach to help investors confidently move forward. You must be professional, proficient, and strategic in your sales interactions to achieve success in this role.

The Compensation Plan

The compensation plan for the Closer role is commission only and paid 12% of all cash collected, including recurring payments.

Payouts

Payments are issued twice per month, with earnings from the 1st–15th paid by the 25th or earlier, and earnings from the 16th–end of the month paid by the 10th or earlier. Bonuses are distributed on the 10th of the following month based on the prior month’s performance.

Pay Periods:

Period 1: 1st-15th

Period 2: 16th- end of month

Pay Days:

Period 1: 25th or sooner

Period 2: 10th or sooner

Bonuses paid on the 10th of following month for month prior

KPIs

Closers are expected to outbound leads and set 10 of their own calls every month

140 new SQLs (sales qualified leads for closing calls) per month

60% showed call rate (does not include admin cancels or self cancels)

25%-35% closing of showed calls

65% paid in full rate

Average lifetime value of $8,000

Average cash collected of $5,000

Position Responsibilities

  • Engage and nurture 8 inbound SQLs per day, ensuring they are effectively guided through the sales pipeline.

  • Proactively set at least 10 SQLs of your own per month through outbound efforts.

  • Maintain a 60% showed call rate (excluding administrative/self-canceled calls).

  • Achieve a 25-35% closing rate on showed calls.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate Deal Flow’s value propositions.

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to help clients see the benefits of Deal Flow’s investment programs.
