Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Coach to join our Training and Development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate investment strategies, especially in the areas of fixing and flipping single family homes. Plus, they will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals. As a Real Estate Coach at Deal Flow Real Estate LLC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our clients through their real estate investment journeys. This is a contractor (1099) position. You will be paid hourly from $75-$200/hr depending on experience and skill.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment, with a proven track record of successful transactions.

Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.

In-depth knowledge of various REI strategies, including residential, commercial, and rental properties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with market analysis tools and techniques.

Position Responsibilities

Conduct group coaching sessions with clients to assess their investment goals, provide guidance, and develop personalized action plans.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and tailor coaching programs to meet their specific needs.
Develop and maintain a strong rapport with clients, offering ongoing support and motivation throughout their investment journey.
Provide constructive feedback on clients' investment strategies, helping them refine and optimize their approaches.
Assist in the creation and enhancement of educational materials, resources, and tools for clients.
Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to stay current on industry best practices.
